At Lucyhair.Boutique, we are committed to processing and shipping orders in a timely manner. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.


Shipping Time

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.


Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Lucyhair Boutique is no longer responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Damaged packages caused by the carrier

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.


Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

We are not responsible for customs delays.


Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or left unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
